Acospray is a seamless acoustic plaster. We can apply the product to virtually any surface in a single process. It can be applied at any required thickness, to walls or ceilings of any size. The product is available in a full range of colours and with either a fine or coarse textured finish.

Improve Acoustics and Save Energy

Great acoustics and energy savings go hand in hand. A single layer of sprayed acoustic plaster, 35mm thick, directly applied to the surface, is enough to achieve an alpha value of 1.0. Additionally, Acospray’s thermal insulation properties help prevent energy loss to other parts of the building. Energy savings can reach between 5% and 10%.

Safe, Sustainable and Natural Sound Absorption

Our sprayed plaster is primarily made from natural cellulose fibres, sourced from recycled materials. Acosorb also contains several additives, including a minimal amount of borate—well below the EU’s maximum limit of 5%—making Acospray completely safe for installers and end users.

Maintenance Recommendations and a 5-Year Warranty

Acospray can be easily cleaned using a vacuum cleaner equipped with a soft brush.

We also provide clear maintenance recommendations and offer repair or technical support services. In the event of minor surface damage, repairs can be carried out quickly and easily. Acosorb offers a 5-year warranty, covering both adhesion and the material’s acoustic performance.
